This zine is packed with all the lore, hidden details and little secrets behind the current collection, Lessons Learned. It brings the artwork to life by diving into the backstory behind the project, exploring what each lesson means, and uncovering why I chose the design elements for each still life. It’s one for the art fanatics, curious minds and detail detectives who love to delve deep into the hidden symbolism behind art and discover the little things that might otherwise go unnoticed. And because every good deep dive needs a little fun, there are some playful activity pages at the back, inspired by the wonderfully fun, interactive magazines of the '90s and '00s. Think of it as a little peek behind the curtain of Lessons Learned, with a few extra bits of fun along the way.

Ròslottie is a one-woman show, so while I’ll always do my best to get your goodies packed up and sent out within the estimated delivery times, sometimes life behind the scenes can get a little busy!
On rare occasions, orders may take 2–4 weeks to arrive if I’m attending events, juggling a particularly busy period, or waiting for additional stock to arrive. I’ll always try my best to avoid delays and get your lovely orders to you as soon as possible!

Returns
As a small independent brand, I’m unable to offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind outside of your statutory rights. If you’re unsure about anything before ordering, feel free to get in touch at roslottie@gmail.com and I’ll be happy to help!
Clothing Size Exchanges
Ordered a piece of clothing that isn’t quite the right fit? No worries! I’m happy to offer size exchanges, subject to availability.
To request a size exchange, please email roslottie@gmail.com with your order number and the size you’d like to exchange for. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
Please wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending anything back. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Oh no! If something isn’t quite right with your order, please get in touch at roslottie@gmail.com as soon as possible, including your order number and a photo if applicable. I’ll look into it and do my best to put things right.
Please remember that this policy doesn’t affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise covered by consumer protection law.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. For online orders, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable exceptions. Where those rights apply, I’ll always honour them.
