Returns

As a small independent brand, I’m unable to offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind outside of your statutory rights. If you’re unsure about anything before ordering, feel free to get in touch at roslottie@gmail.com and I’ll be happy to help!

Clothing Size Exchanges

Ordered a piece of clothing that isn’t quite the right fit? No worries! I’m happy to offer size exchanges, subject to availability.

To request a size exchange, please email roslottie@gmail.com with your order number and the size you’d like to exchange for. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

Please wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending anything back. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Oh no! If something isn’t quite right with your order, please get in touch at roslottie@gmail.com as soon as possible, including your order number and a photo if applicable. I’ll look into it and do my best to put things right.

Please remember that this policy doesn’t affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise covered by consumer protection law.

A Little Legal Note

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. For online orders, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable exceptions. Where those rights apply, I’ll always honour them.
